Q: Should I size up or down?

Our sizing chart is designed to be accurate according to international standards. So for example, if you wear a size EU 38 in most brands, you will order an EU 38 in ROYA as well. 

Q: How can I choose the right fit for myself ?

If you can easily buy shoes at most (70%) brands, then a *regular* fit will be ideal. If you struggle to find shoes because your foot is too slim/thin, a *narrow* will be ideal. 
If you struggle to find shoes because your foot is too wide/bulky, a *wide* fit is ideal.
Customers with bunions should opt for *extra wide*

Q: How should I care for my Roya leather shoes? 
Leather shoes last longer with regular care: wipe with a slightly damp cloth when dirty and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the natural skin. Avoid storing in places with excess moisture. 

Q: Can I get Roya shoes earlier?

For urgent orders, kindly inform us directly via whatsapp or Instagram DMs. 

Q: Will my shoes loosen up? 
Leather naturally softens overtime. The shoes will adjust according to your foot’s shape and width. The trick is to stuff the shoes with paper/stuffings before storing to help the leather retain its shape.
